Travel
in Alaska particularly after you leave Anchorage sometimes involves
flying on aircraft where luggage gets sent along on the next plane or
the one after that and so on. Because of this and it does happen, we ask
that you arrive at the starting point for your trip sometime the day
before your trip's start date to help ensure all of your luggage and
gear have a chance to catch up with you. If you are on one of our trips
from Iliamna (Koktuli and Stuyahok river trips) please call for
information about when to schedule your flight into this town.
Due to
the distance traveled and time zone changes, most of our guests will
have two flight segments: one from your hometown to Anchorage and a
second segment from Anchorage to King Salmon, Dillingham, Iliamna or
other starting point for your particular trip. For some of you that may
mean an overnight in Anchorage.

A complete pre-trip
package will be provided to persons booking trips with additional
specific information on travel, hotel and packing information based on
the trip you are taking. If you need additional information right now
please call or email us.
One of the things you need to consider when making your travel
arrangements is the purchase of trip insurance. This particular item is
strongly recommended for wilderness travel of any kind.
